Applications will not be accepted before that time and we will be following the new law's Low-Barrier Screening Criteria including the following requirements: - A minimum credit score of 500 (as reported through the cozy application process) - No current collections or past-due unpaid obligations that total greater than $1,000 - Verifiable income at least 2X the monthly stated rent - No felony convictions within the past 7 years and no misdemeanor convictions within the past 3 years, except where specifically excluded by the Low-Barrier Screening Criteria - No poor rental references (default rents, multiple lease violations, for-cause lease terminations and evictions) - No intentional or significant omission or misrepresentation of information provided in the application process Owner pays for garbage. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities and yard maintenance.
