I have a room available for sublet at University Heights from June 1st until July 31st If you need it sooner I can be out as early as May 15th. Rent which includes most utilities is only 449 Internet and Cable is a separate bill. If you wanted to rent for longer then just this summer you can renew your lease for longer at the front office! Two other girls live in the apartment and have their own rooms and bathrooms! This room has its own private bathroom! If you want it for longer then the summer you can extend the lease.
