The painted two-car garage opens up right into the kitchen so unloading the groceries has been a breeeze.  The kitchen has granite counter-tops with a bar in front of the dining area. However, There are several households that do have children.  I've never had any issues with anyone in the neighborhood.  Quite often you will see people jogging through or walking their dog. Whenever I've bumped into anyone they've all been very friendly. The HMA maintains all the mowing of general areas and upkeep of the pond/fountain around the entrance to the neighborhood. There is a picnic area; It's a good place to go for a walk. The HMA is still owned by the builder.
