Water and sewerage bill paid by landlord. Cleaning and garbage maintain by renter/Tenant. No smoker prefer. No parking on premises, but street parking available. Primarily one year lease but it is be extendable based on relation. Upfront need one month rent and two month security deposit. Security deposit are not adjustable with rent, it will refunded after lease ended and the apt inspected by landlord. Tenant must maintain the apt. Security deposit for apt damage coverage only.
