One private bedroom is available in a very nice and clean 4br/1ba recently renovated apartment located on the first floor of a two-story building. The room itself is unfurnished, but the common areas of the apartment are completely furnished, and the rent of $700/month includes utilities (wi-fi internet too!).
The 1 room is available now! There are currently 1 female tenant (RWU alumni who works in Bristol) and 2 male tenants (RWU law grad who is now an attorney and the other is a first year rwu law student) living in the other bedrooms in the apartment. You would have access to your private bedroom and all the common areas, which include a living room, kitchen, bathroom, enclosed porch, basement, coin-operated laundry machines, backyard area, and an off-street parking space. The lease is for one year, starting as soon as December 1, 2025, with an option to renew at the end of the lease if both parties wish to do so. A fully-refundable security deposit of $700 is due at the beginning of the lease, and the first month's rent of $700 is due as well (a total of $1,400 due at the signing of the lease agreement). Pets will be considered, with an additional fee. Please note, there are already 3 well-behaved dogs who live in the apartment. No smoking is allowed.
The apartment is in a safe, quiet location within walking distance (10 minutes) to downtown Bristol, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and RWU Shuttle bus stops. It's also an easy 5-minute drive or a 5-minute shuttle ride to the RWU campus!
