Would like to rent it furnished. Resident donkeys are there and is always greeting you. Renter is responsible for electric, cable. Owner pays for water. Garbage is your responsibility and can be dropped off at the county facility on St Helena at no charge to you. Last months rent is due at signing. Any concerns or issues with the rental need to be addressed immediately, failure to do so could become your responsibility. No non running vehicles will sit on the property and the yard will have no debris / trash of any kind. Sorry no smoking
