You don't see properties like this available very often up here! Beautiful rolling terrain. Sandy/gravely soil. Heavily timbered with large mature trees. Primarily oaks, but there are also some nice maples, birch, basswood, a few pines and hemlock. Some good deer trails on the property. Great place to build, hunt, or consider for timber harvest.
