Enjoy the panoramic views from the couch in the living area, or venture down for a dip in the pool (heated for cooler days), or grill some local seafood on one of the gas barbecues in the fully equipped poolside dining area, or eat upstairs with a view of the ocean on the second floor common sundeck. Additional exterior features include a covered sitting area, behind building storage, and outdoor heated shower. The condo itself has been completely renovated and reflects a true, modern, seaside residence with casual elegance. There is ash gray luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, and tasteful whitewashed ship lap adorning the walls in both the main living area and bedroom. Create any mood you desire with dimmable recessed lights or LED decor wall lighting. There are new ceiling fans as well as a high velocity HVAC to keep you cool (it can get very cold if you want) and warm in the winter months. The bedroom and living room have flat screen TV's (37" and 55"). Unlike other condos in the area, the gourmet, stainless/granite kitchen comes fully loaded with a full-sized counter depth refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, and standard dishwasher, making it an easy choice for your summer renters. Additionally, the dining table top has been made custom to match the quartzite countertops and glass tile backsplash. Enjoy the best night sleep of your life in the King size bed, with a nearly new Tuft & Needle mattress and raised frame for extra storage underneath. Custom cabinetry surrounds the bed and offers even more storage on either side and above, and a glass work station has been placed in the bedroom niche so you can have a place to work if needed. The condo has mostly been used as a second home, but was rented about five to six weeks per summer since 2021. In the interest of keeping the condo in pristine condition, the rentals were limited rentals to adults aged 35+ and older at a weekly rate of $2,250, and there were a steady supply of renters. If you were to open the rental to groups below this age range you would have far more. The area provides endless entertainment, from the variety of excellent restaurants and pubs a short walk away, to a walk along the Anglesea seawall over to the amphitheater where you can listen to live music as the waves break in the background. The boardwalk is a 7-minute walk south, and is perfect for a morning jog or bike ride, then even better later on for a slice of pizza, a few drinks, and some people-watching as the day progresses. North Wildwood is quite unique in that it is closer to the action than Anglesea, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and the sound of, "Watch The Tramcar Please". Additionally, while the beach is a reasonable size, it is not 1/4 mile long like in Wildwood or Wildwood Crest, so you can be from door to ocean within a minute or two.
