The kitchen has all new appliances, new cabinets and new quarts counter. The house does have a pool and fenced in backyard for privacy. I have three dogs. I am looking for clean and professional roommates. There is a youfit and planet fitness less than a mile away also a park with tennis courts, pickle ball and basketball less than a mile away. I love the gym, cooking, boating, fishing, snorkeling, bike riding. I like fixing my toys. The house is in a great location. There is Northwest Medical, Publix, Starbucks, Walmart, Winn Dixie, Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Jm Lexus, Toyota, Nissan, Coconut Creek Casino and much more convenient stores less than a mile away.
