The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare meals, while the dining area for six and living room offer a relaxing gathering space. The unit also includes a washer and ventless dryer, air conditioning throughout, and basic cable TV. Mandatory resort fees are paid at check-in, including a $50 one-time check-in fee plus tax, a $25 per night resort fee plus tax, and a $20 per night parking fee per vehicle plus tax if applicable. The resort fee includes Wi-Fi, pools, tennis, fitness center, business center, and shuttle service. Mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10 or more nights and will incur an additional fee.
