At the moment the home is not fully finished. The home has vinyl siding with Seamless Gutters and has been rewired. I built new front stairs. I recently had the bathroom remodeled with a new bath tub, sink and toilet and new vinal flooring. 2 of the room closets have new drywall put up. And basement is waterproofed with a sub pump. Any other questions feel free to ask. Roof was redone in the winter of 2012. And front and back porch have brand new windows aswell. The back yard is fenced in with a brand new chain link fence. The home is going to need two new back doors (back entry and back screen door). Unfortunately i have not been able to replace them like how i wanted I am also willing to negotiate on the price aslong as its a reasonable offer.
