This is an older building with lots of architectural appeal. I have already made lots of improvements and upgrades to an already lovely apartment. In 2015 I upgraded this apartment with a brand new kitchen with new solid natural maple cabinets with a granite counter top, new dishwasher, new gas range, new garbage disposal, and a new refrigerator. A new tiled floor has also been installed in the kitchen. The living room, bedroom and bonus room was newly carpeted, wall to wall, in 2015. There are fans throughout. The entire apartment has newer insulated double pane windows with all screens intact. For your safety there is a fully functioning fire alarm system which is constantly monitored by a local security company. Off street parking is available, for up to 10 cars. There is a full basement with loads of storage space. There is a coin-operated laundry available in the basement area for your convenience.
