First off, we are Pet Friendly!! Available for occupancy JUNE 1st, 2018. This is a really cool building. It was originally a colonial school house that was converted to apartments many years ago. This One Bedroom Apartment, is on the first floor. Additionally, there is a bonus room off the living room, that can be used for any number of purposes. Rent includes Hot Water and Heat. This is an older building with lots of architectural appeal. I have already made lots of improvements and upgrades to an already lovely apartment. In 2015 I upgraded this apartment with a brand new kitchen with new solid natural maple cabinets with a granite counter top, new dishwasher, new gas range, new garbage disposal, and a new refrigerator. A new tiled floor has also been installed in the kitchen. The living room, bedroom and bonus room was newly carpeted, wall to wall, in 2015. There are fans throughout. The entire apartment has newer insulated double pane windows with all screens intact. For your safety there is a fully functioning fire alarm system which is constantly monitored by a local security company. Off street parking is available, for up to 10 cars. The initial lease period is one year and then the lease becomes month to month with 60 days notice required prior to vacating the apartment. This is a non-smoking building. Please note that I am not the kind of Landlord who raises the rent automatically, every year. I only consider increases in rent if the cost of maintenance, utilities, taxes, insurance, etc. increase to the point where I have no choice. I have been known to keep the rent stabilized for several years. You'll find me the kind of landlord who responds very quickly to potential issues that require attention.
