The house has a full dry basement for storage and a one-car garage as well as a long driveway that can fit two cars for off-street parking. The house has a gas furnace on the main floor with a ductless heat pump in the upstairs bedroom for heating and cooling. It has a gas tankless water heater and the laundry room is in the basement and the house has a washer and dryer if the tenant needs them. We can remove them if you have your own. The house will need to be painted this summer so the tenant will have to cooperate with that. The tenant pays all utilities. Fully fenced yard and all dogs okay. If you have a dog (s), they must do a "dog interview" and you must show that you have control of your pet. We will just go for a walk together.
