This a 5 bed 4 bath house and I'm looking to rent out 1 bedroom with a private attached bathroom. Other house occupants include myself, my husband, and one other roommate in a different room. 2 bedrooms are left not rented out. My husband and I prefer someone that doesn't cook often or use the kitchen much. Washer and dryer available. Parking is on the street in front of the house. I do a month to month lease. Deposit is $1000 and is fully refundable. Utilities are a flat rate of $50 monthly. No smoking.
