The apartment is immaculate and is adorable. Included in the monthly rent is power, water, sewer, cable, internet, trash, recycling and off street parking for one vehicle. This unit has a full bath with extra storage above the toilet. The kitchen area has lots of cabinetry, double bowl stainless steel sink, refrigerator and a stove/oven. The kitchen and bathroom have tile floors. The living room and bedroom area has carpet. There is a lighted closet, surround sound system in the ceiling and a ceiling fan. The unit has heat and AC. There is a loft for your bedroom or sitting area. We require first and last month's rent along with a $650 deposit fee and a 12-month signed lease. We will check references and employment.
