Neighborhood Description Nice, quiet neighborhood. This neighborhood is kid friendly with several "long term" residents who either reside there because they work in the neighborhood or area or they have retired and do not plan on leaving. The neighbors take care to keep their lawns clean and presentable as well as their homes. Because it is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is very little traffic in this area. One of my favorite parts of this neighborhood is that it is high enough to overlook much of Colorado Springs and has a beautiful view of Pike's Peak. There are also full grown trees (not the prefab ones you see in the newer neighborhoods that will take 20 years to grow) in this neighborhood for shade and beauty and wind breaks.
