I'm renting my home on NW 36th ST, if you know the area it's one of the nicest and safest sections of town. 1 mile from Archer Rd, 3 miles to downtown. Quarter mile to UF. Walking distance to Publix, Movies, PDQ, Mi Apa Cuban, GYM and many more. I take pride in the quality of my home and I expect the same from renters. I prefer graduates or more mature tenants, undergrads are okay of course, but I prefer no partying on the property, this is a quiet neighborhood with families and long time owners. Fully redone Bathrooms in 2021. In 2019 it got brand new Low E windows and the interior repainted. In 2015, the Kitchen was fully redone, wood floors refinished. New A/C/heater, and water heater. Washer and dryer. Full privacy fence around back yard, great for pets. I'm an animal person so I don't charge a pet fee, but if they damage anything you are responsible. You are responsible for utilities, internet, Etc. Yard maintenance is up to you but my dad normally comes and mows, weed kills and cuts up tree debris pretty often. thanks!
