Minimum rental of 2 months @ $3,500 per month + taxes (11%). 4 months or more $3,000 per month plus taxes (11%). Renter responsible for electric costs over $150 per month. All other utilities included (water, TV, Internet, lawn care). No smoking is allowed. Landlord is responsible for costs of TV, Internet, Water, Lawn Care and $150 of monthly electric bill. Renter is responsible for electric amount over $150 per month. Taxes of 11% will be added to each month's rent.
