Our home is in a lovely valley sheltered by mountains. Our home was new when we bought it and was set up the end of 2013 on just over 10 acres of land. And there is a good size enclosed area which could be used for a garden or pets, etc. We have point broadband fiber optics. The appliances are energy efficient. A path could be made on the hill behind us for four wheeling or for a place to walk and enjoy nature. Willing to negotiate. The zestimate is not right. They’re not considering all the facts.
