Basic cable only on request. Lots of parking in front of the house, there is a circular drive way. There will be an added charge of house cleaning twice a month. Available from March 28th - until June 7th. It is only three steps down to the beach with beautiful sunrises. It is very quiet and a great place to rest or work or just enjoy nature. This is a gated community about 20 to 25 minutes from Bellingham. Eagles perch right in front of the house and an occasional otter is seen sneaking across the yard. The ideal renter would be a mature professional single or couple. I am looking for someone to enjoy this beautiful older but well maintained home. Available between March 28th and June 1. One month minimum rent. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. All utilities covered except gas/heat. The tenant will be responsible for the cost of a two hour visit from the House cleaner twice a month at $35 per hour. Parking is available in the driveway.
