It's a small cozy house. Nice yard with grass in front. I have improved on the landscaping. And last year we built a sunroom out of the patio. The back yard is process of being made over.and there are 2 baths in this house and an attached garage. Neighborhood Description This neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, We haven't had any major problems since we have lived in this area. Neighbors seem to mind there own business. Sometimes it feels like we are the only house in the area, and that is nice. The houses in our neighborhood are well taken care of. And we are close to the Town of Twentynine palms and the grocery store is two minutes away.
