The spacious laundry room, complete with sink, washer, and dryer opens to very small outdoor space behind the unit that has come citrus trees. No off-street parking. Pets require owner approval, they are likely to only approve small dogs due to the smaller size of the pet enclosure area. Longer terms preferred (3+months), open to some negotiation on the rent for longer stays. Minimum stay of 1-month due to zoning regulations. Not available 07/01/2023 - 08/23/2023 due to an existing reservation. Application required for all intended occupants age 18+, a $30 application fee applies in the event we need to generate a credit report for you.
