This Pet-Friendly property is close to the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Country Club golf course. There's a grand deck upon which you can soak in the glorious mountain scenery while relaxing with your favorite beverage. Our cabin has an open floor plan, incredible north-facing views of the mountains in the winter, tons of natural light, and sleeps up to 6 people comfortably! The proximity to area conveniences can't be beat. Paved roads & lower elevation make it perfect for year-round access. The primary living space is on one level and has a gas fireplace, full living/dining and an open kitchen with tons of natural light that flows through. You are just minutes from the Maggie Valley Fairgrounds, Cataloochee Ranch/Ski Resort, hiking/biking, restaurants, and shopping. Renter will be required to pay all utilities. These will stay in the landlord's name and be passed through to the Renter. You are allowed to have one pet. This is a 12-month lease. You will need to chose to renew at the end of the 9th month. Smoking is not permitted in the home. Yard/leaf maintenance will be a requirement by the Renter.
