Upate (02.14.23): We have been somewhat reluctant to show the house, but now that the painters and cleaners have just finished their work, we are happy to show the house. Please contact us at your earliest convenience. This house is in a great location, half way between Greenville Avenue and Central Expressway. The yard is treed, landscaped, and has a sprinkler system. The neighborhood is everything you would want it to be, with friendly neighbors walking and jogging. You're close to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, but not so close that you have the added traffic. The house has a great floor plan. There are hardwoods throughout, a subzero refrigerator, and an a/c & heat system that is roughly 2 years old. There is a gas f/p with a cherry and marble mantle in the living room. There is a covered, open front porch and an enclosed and cooled/heated rear porch. We are looking for someone who does not smoke and who does not have pets.
