This house would be a great starter home for a young family or as a rental income home. I had a new gas furnace and central AC unit installed in 2003. The bathroom was remodeled in 2005. The house would be far cheaper as a mortgage payment vs renting a house. This house is very reasonable as far as utilities too. It has hardwood floors throughout and a full unfinished basement that has the hot water heater and furnace and washer and dryer hookups. The kitchen is a bit outdated but this house has alot of potential with some monies invested in improvements. I had a new roof put on approx 7-8 yrs ago. Hard to find house in this price range.
