In need if a student house mate to move in ASAP. This house has 3 bedrooms, we need one more person to move in. The room is LARGE has your own PRIVATE BATHROOM, and HUGE CLOSET. HUGE common room with, gas fireplace, 3 couches, lots of storage cabinets. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, dishwasher. No more fiddling around for quarters because there is a stacked washer and drier for your clothing :) Back porch/deck with BBQ grill with HUGE private backyard. Very safe area of town, right off of MLK st on Charlton st. Down the road from Parkers Gas station thats open 24 hours :) Residence Inn Holtel across the street from the house. VERY CLOSE to Turner house, and O-house about 5-10 walk away. SCAD security also can pick you up and drop you off at this house after 6pm till 3am for scad related things :) ALSO Creative Approach Printing is one block away! Any last minute prints only 1min walking away :D Utilities are NOT included. They vary each month to $50-$100 each person.DEPOSIT is $500 This house is also a historical home that belonged to the Rail Road Conductor, also no ghost are included lol. Its been completely refurnished inside.
