Private bathroom/shower and large closet for clothing and storage, whatever else you need put away. Furnished only with a queen sized bed. Full kitchen, living room with TV for streaming, dining area, and a patio. The complex has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, tennis court and basketball court. There are some small hiking trails around Albany hill and the Albany bulb is about a 20-30 minute walk. Public transportation nearby - BART 20 minute walk, Line L bus stop right across the street. 2 minute walk to the Pacific East Asian mall for groceries and restaurants. El cerrito plaza is a 15 minute walk. Smoking is forbidden per HOA, but you can step outside the gate. No drugs (weed is ok), alcohol is fine. A parking garage space is $40 a month and there is street parking. Period of stay does not matter to me, as long as payment is made you could stay one month or more than a year!
