Hiking the foothills is right out the back door and I have two pickle ball courts out front if you play or would like to learn. I would prefer someone who is social. I am 60 years old, retired, I have a non barky 40 lb dog. I raft, kayak, hike, play pickle ball, grow a large vegetable garden in the summer, love to cook and like to have occasional small social gatherings. One medium/small dog is possible.
