There is a shared back patio with a hot tub, view of the foothills, and nice outside dining area. Internet and all utilities are included. Fifteen minutes to down town. Albertsons, Winco, Home Depot, and Walmart in the general area. It is located in the Hill Road and Collister area. You would have full access to the main house to do your laundry or use specialized appliances like my Kitchen aid or Vitamix. Hiking the foothills is right out the back door and I have two pickle ball courts out front if you play or would like to learn. I would prefer someone who is social. I am 60 years old, retired, I have a non barky 40 lb dog. I raft, kayak, hike, play pickle ball, grow a large vegetable garden in the summer, love to cook and like to have occasional small social gatherings. One medium/small dog is possible.
