Welcome to 5345 Broad Street! This is a new construction project ready to move forward in the city center of Pittsburgh. We took note of key important accents and features from the original house and utilized those in our current design to help complement instead of contrast with the rest of the area. Our strategy is as follows: Create, Optimize, Implement. We have 9-foot ceilings throughout the house and an open floor plan kitchen using two storage pantries to eliminate the need for wall cabinets. Want JennAir instead of GE Café appliances? Black fixtures instead of gold? Vertical wall garden on the exterior? From foundation to roof and substrate layers to final finishes, one of our top priorities is to merge new technologies with tried and true techniques. The new house is designed and intended to replicate that same longevity and durability while utilizing top-tier design features! Why settle on another’s mediocrity when you can manifest your vision?!
