Lawn maintenance comes with the property so no need to cut the grass. Pet fee is $50 per month for cats and dogs under 50 pounds and $100 per month for dogs over 50 pounds. No exotic pets. Pet fee is per pet and there is a $400 deposit per pet. No hostile breeds will be permitted and the property management company determines whether a breed is hostile. Pit Bulls (and other aggressive breeds) are not allowed. Service animals are welcome when prescribed by a PA-licensed physician or therapist. Prospective tenants will be charged a $50 cash screening fee. REQUIREMENTS: Credit Score of 650+, proof of regular income, checking account required, no cash rent payments accepted, drug screening, PA Courts Screening, no satellite TV, employment verification, IRS 1040s tax records for past 2 years required, no tattoos on or above the neck. Property manager will only show property to applicants that have provided the above listed documents. Tenants waive their rights under the Pennsylvania Landlord / Tenant Act of 1951 and property is subject to both quarterly and emergency inspections by the management.
