No need to find a laundromat or outside maintenance, as we have onsite laundry and an attentive full-time maintenance staff! Cats are more than welcome with a $300 pet deposit and NO PET RENT. All service and enclosed animals are welcome as well with no fees attached. We do not accept dogs as pets. Applicants must have no previous evictions or housing related collections and pass credit and background check. We require a $50.00 application fee for any adult applying and a landlord reference for any credit score under 620. Our deposit is $200 for applicants with a credit score above 680 and a full deposit for credit scores under 680.
