Trash is tenant's responsibility. $4-$6/bag at the local gas station dumpster less than 5 minutes away. No trash can be left outside overnight as the local animals will tear it up and make a mess. Garage use in NOT included but can be negotiated, it is not heated. If you break something, please tell me, and pay for it. If something just happens to break, please tell me so we can fix it.
