Neighborhood Description Most homes in the neighborhood were originally built back in the late 70's/early 80's when this area was still considered "the country", so our lots are bigger than you find in most neighborhoods. Some families bought multiple lots, and then sold them later. Our home is one of the houses built in late 1999/early 2000. In the last year, families have been buying the vacant lots and building these enormous, new homes. Based on this development, our neighborhood is not cookie-cutter.
