Heading South on Depot Street to Upper Country Road there are fresh veggies and flowers, shrubs at Hart Farm. Nearby is a glass blowing studio and Clancy's a great restaurant for the whole family overlooking Swan River. If one heads South to Rte 28 there is an Oyster Restaurant and about a mile down on Lower Country Road is the "Sunday School" Ice Cream parlor. A new park with a great playground can also be found along Lower County Road heading east. Heading West for 2 miles is the Lighthouse Beach or West Dennis Beach a wonderful family beach with lots of parking, and a kite flying area.
