It has a nice kids-friendly fenced backyard with a deck and raised planters, a long driveway, a detached one car garage suitable for projects and storage. Within 8 minutes walk to El Cerrito Plaza BART station which offers a direct train to San Francisco with just 30 minutes ride. Walking distance to supermarkets, CVS, shops, bakeries, restaurants, post office, etc (walk score of 82). The neighborhood is very friendly, the neighbors are very nice and helpful. We are open to short term rentals with a minimum of 6 months, the house can also be rented furnished.
