Our home is one year old and comes a Washer, Gas Dryer and Refrigerator. Back yard has a view as no homes border our backyard. Elementary school is a three minute walk. We are a four minute drive to major stores in our area. We may consider a two year lease. All renters are not allowed to use our home as an AirBnb or other sub-lease use. All renters must occupy the home for the full term. First months monthly payment and a $2,000 security deposit is necessary. Renter will be responsible for water, gas and electric service as well as internet and phone services. Owner will pay for Homeowners Association Fee. Renter will be responsible for rear lawn maintenance and owner can supply lawnmower. Renter must be a non-smoker please and small pets are allowed.
