It is also minutes away from the 77 and 485 ramps, making commuting a breeze! The apartment itself is in great condition and is located on the second floor. It is 1151 square feet. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom and the second bedroom has access to the guest bathroom. Each room has its own large walk-in closet. We have a great balcony with plenty of room for entertaining that overlooks the quiet courtyard. The complex has two fabulous pools, business centers and gyms for resident use. The complex is also dog-friendly with a dog park located at the rear of the property. Rent is locked in at $1057, the cheapest in the area for this size apartment. It will be available to move in by the end of the week, but we need to have it filled by the end of the month at the latest. The lease runs through July and would be available to resign.
