The space was designed with large windows and special attention to natural light. I've been told that it doesn't feel like a basement. The apartment was remodeled with care and a focus on sustainability and historic preservation. Energy efficiency upgrades include insulation, new windows, duct sealing, and an upgraded heating system. This apartment has been established as an allergen free space. There is a strict no pet policy and a no smoking policy. Also, as the title says, it is furnished, and I have no plans to un-furnish it. If you have your own furniture, this will not be a good fit.
