Pets (with the exception of proper documented service/companion animals) of any kind are only permitted with approval of ProCore Property Management, LLC within the lease. A nonrefundable fee of $250.00 per pet is required. A Monthly Pet Rent Fee of $15.00 per month per pet is required. The following dog breeds will not be allowed in our properties: German Shepherds, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Akitas, Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Rottweilers or any mix breeds that are part of the foregoing breeds.
FURNACE FILTERS:
There is an additional monthly furnace filter replacement charge of $10.00. Every quarter, a furnace filter will be shipped to you so that you can replace the dirty filter with a clean one. By changing your furnace filter(s) every quarter this will save you up to 10% on your utility bills. It is vitally important that your filters are replaced to protect the integrity of the HVAC system in the house.
LEASING ADMINISTRATION CHARGE:
There is a one time charge of $60.00 for the creation and procurement of the lease agreement.
