The studio has its own separate entrance in the back of the house via the alley for your privacy. There is space for one vehicle to be parked behind the house just off of the alley directly in front of the door to access the unit. Any additional vehicles must be parked on the street (there are no parking permits or fees for street parking in this neighborhood). The unit can be fully furnished other than a sleeping mattress, including a bed frame, TV, dishes, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, washer & dryer in unit, & more or unfurnished.
