I am relocating to another state. I re-signed a lease starting September 1, 2016, however I am breaking it to move out of state. I want to make sure my current apartment gets rented ASAP, so I am advertising it. This is a one bedroom unit, it will not be a sublet, you will have to apply and be approved by the management company. It is a nice apartment, if I wasn't moving out of state. I would keep it. Good size for a single or couple. The bedroom is pretty big and gets lots of natural light from the windows. This unit is in the back of the building so it faces out to a nice nature preserve in the back. Apartment sized washer and dryer and dishwasher in unit. There is one underground parking spot included with the apartment, which is great in the winter and summer because the garage is temperature controlled. Dogs are not allowed, but I think cats are for an extra fee. The rent is a good price here in Madison, considering the amenities. Management company generally is good with responding to maintenance requests. the building is very quiet and there isn't any street noise if that is a concern for you. Reply to this post and I can give you the specific apartment information and set up showings. The apartment is not empty right now, since I just started packing, but the pictures are of what it looks like empty. Thanks and good luck in your apartment search. Property managed by Colonial Management, they will do criminal/reference/credit checks. Trash, water included.
