At time you move in, you are required to put water, gas and power into your name. Monthly Rent is due on the 1st but we give you until the 5th to pay. Any day after the 5th is considered late. We charge $10.00 every day late. You pay Property Owner $40.00 for sewer due by the 5th Monthly. No smoking and no pets allowed. We start off with a Month to Month Lease Agreement, if there are no problems after 3 or 4 Months then we will offer to do a twelve Month lease agreement with you.
