This 3-room suite is located on the second floor of an 1898 furnished Queen Anne Victorian home in the heart of Decatur's historic district. It comes completely furnished with a queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, internet, bathroom, sitting/living area and glam closet. It has a coded entry knob for the suite itself and the home has a security alarm system as well as cameras. The has 2 other suites in it and you would be paying primarily for the suite itself. However, the washer and the dryer are free for you to use, and they are located on the main floor. Parking is free out front on the street. This is a quiet home, and it has been renovated to hold its historic charm with modern amenities including insulation for comfort of those cold nights. The Lincoln suite has its own temperature control. All you need is your personal effects, everything else is provided. We require a $500 dollar deposit which is refundable providing there is no damage or excessive cleaning. We are looking for clean, responsible traveling professionals who will pay rent on time and are looking for a quiet place while they are in town working. Month to Month, with a minimum of 30 day stay.
