Really great neighborhood. Just over two miles to Lantana Beach. Also able to get sticker for beach parking which is nice. There is a charter school around the corner for the young ones The middle school has just been renovated and there are several new high schools in the area. Just a really nice place to live. Lantana has its own water supply separate from West Palm Beach. They send updates on the purification system and process. The town is welcoming and active if you wish to participate. The police and fire department are right around the block, along with Town Hall. This is just a really great place for new home owners with small children or babies to start out.
