The entry is on the second floor with access to the garage and master bedroom with a King size bed and full bathroom. The first level has one room with a King size bed and another room with two Queen size beds conjoined by a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is a large living/sleeping area on the same floor with four convertible sleeper couches that can be used as additional queen beds. Often given the name "Kids Room" this space is multi use. This room also has a separate full bathroom attached. The third floor features the kitchen as well as the outdoor deck. The home is great for large groups allowing for time together but also time to separate. Hidden Sun Valley Rental Gem is great for vacations at any time of year, with many activities around the area! In the summer, Baldy Mountain is a great hiking destination with one of the best restaurants (Round House) that you can hike or take the gondola to. Stanley is great for Water rafting adventures, camping and horseback riding. During the winter, skiing and snowboarding are most popular activities at Dollar Mountain & Baldy Mountain. Dollar Mountain has a great ski school program for the little ones. Penny Lane is down the street for sledding and Sun Valley Village is growing with new restaurants and shopping. Newly renovated Sun Valley Lodge is known for their skating rink, bowling alley and spa. - A security deposit, due at booking, is required on all reservations. - Utilities are billed separately at the end of the month. - Cleaning services are included twice a month. - Guest agrees to use the approved housekeeping service of Owner's choice. - Guest must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to be refunded 100% of the amount paid. If Guest cancels between 14-30 days before check-in, Guest will be refunded 50% of the amount paid. No amount will be refunded if Guest cancels fewer than 14 days prior to check-in. - Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the house or on the balcony. - NO PETS: Unless an agreement and security deposit have been agreed upon there is a no pet policy. - Guest shall not assign or sublet the Premises or this Agreement.
