You will be required to go through a background/credit check and application with the landlord. - Rent: $1,965 total. We're close enough to Rose and AK to be easily walkable, but far enough that people visiting Rose and AK aren't parking on our street. We have lots of storage space, including an outdoor courtyard where we store things like surfboards, bikes, etc. This courtyard is just for our unit and it is guarded by multiple locked doors. No one from the street can see into the courtyard, so nothing gets stolen. Bikes and boards are safe.
