The Garden Room ~
12x9. Separate entrance, walk thru the garden (or thru house) to enter. Your own personal deck - partially covered, with bench. 3 windows look into tree/garden scene. Maple hardwood floor with walnut trim (area-carpet option). Built-in, cherry-wood bookcases. Also built into the walls are 6 drawers for clothes or files. It's a particularly beautiful room. Closet has built-in shelving as well. With the built-in's the room is essentially self-furnished. The built-ins, the windows and doors take up most of the wall space. A futon bed/couch is provided, along with a small desk and chair.
This room shares a Bathroom.

Everything is self-contained (built-in cabinets) - in your reach - yet spacious surroundings - opening to woods/trees.
The futon bed - that is a combo bed and couch - works well for both nite and day needs.
At 12x9, it is a modest sized room. Not big, not small.
Located: Close-in SW Portland - Multnomah Village / Garden Home, just 12 min (by car) from either Downtown-Portland, Beaverton or Tigard. Directly on #45 bus route.
Quiet, safe neighborhood.
Within 1 mile are two large parks - one wild-wooded, the other is Gabriel Park.
Also close to shopping, Trader Joes, New Seasons, Fred M, Safeway, restaurants, 3 community centers - one with pool, exercise.
Midway between I-5, Hwy 26 and Hwy 217. 2.5 mi from Washington Square.
Near to Lewis and Clark College, OHSU, PCC Sylvania.
12 min drive from PSU or Naturopathic University.
Ample parking.
