We have a 3/1.5 house with huge fenced back yard, large patio and pool area, 1 car garage to use for storage. It will be available 1st week or so of October. We have tenants moving out 9/30, need a few days to clean, etc. and then it will be ready to move in. Located off Kaley/Fredrica, between Curry Ford and Michigan. About 1,200 sq ft. Doesn't have a dishwasher. Must maintain pool and yard. We require background, security deposit, pet deposit(s). We are hoping to get good renters again that can handle minor issues and won't necessarily be calling every time a light bulb is out. These pictures were taken 2 years ago, when cleaning before current tenants moved in. We will get updated pictures very soon. We just have not needed to enter the premises for any reason. So, don't let the photos turn you away! This house has lots of potential and has been maintained. Renter must maintain lawn/yard/landscaping. Renter must maintain upkeep of the pool. Pets must be approved and a pet deposit (partially non-refundable) is required for each pet. Background check is required.
