    5302 Southwind is a recently renovated and customized home. The downstairs has five rooms--a kitchen, living room, foyer/hall, library, and dining room--plus a half bath, with real hardwood flooring throughout. The kitchen is the one exception to this, which was recently upgraded to ceramic tile. Also recently upgraded in the kitchen is the cabinetry, which has been replaced with dark-stained, solid wood cabinets; the counters, replaced with black granite; the sink, upgraded to a stainless steel, single-well model with a new disposal; and the appliances, updated with new Whirlpool appliances. The living room--which has a brick fireplace and large, ornate mantel--has been wired for surround sound speakers, and has updated modern lighting and a ceiling fan. The foyer closet has been refinished with custom-built shelves to create a cubby space in addition to elevated shelf storage. The dining room has a bay window overlooking the back yard. ----- Upstairs has five rooms--a master bedroom, two smaller bedrooms, a laundry room, and a hall--plus two full baths. The upstairs and stairs have new carpeting, and both bathrooms as well as the laundry room have tiled floors. Off of the upstairs hall is a drop-down ladder providing access to the attic, which has been outfitted with flooring to provide approximately 150 square feet of storage space. ----- This home has a two central air/HVAC systems with a programmable thermostat upstairs and downstairs--allowing each floor to be heated or cooled independently. The house also has a wireless security system with a battery backup and cell-phone capability for connecting with a monitoring service. The system monitors not only the doors and windows, but also has window-break detect breaking glass or other violent noise. ----- Outside, the home contains four detached structures. The first is a fully refinished recreation room with a built-in 8-foot bar and 10 tap draft system. It is insulated, has electricity, thermostat-controlled baseboard heating, and a window-mounted air conditioner. It also has in-ceiling speakers, an audio hookup for mobile devices, and coax connected to the home's cable box. The recreation room also has a drop down ladder, providing access to attic storage in the roof of the building. The next structure is a children's clubhouse, elevated on six foot tall stilts, and has a covered porch, balcony, and sliding board. This too has been insulated and is wired for electricity, but requires plugging the clubhouse in by an extension cord. The third building is a 10'x10' storage shed, which is also wired for electricity, and can also be plugged in via extension cord when in use. The final structure is a 4'x8', three-wall shed near the home's deck. Not a detached structure, but accessible from the outside is an additional storage shed, roughly 3' deep by 5' wide. ----- The back yard also contains a 10' circular patio with a stacked castle-stone fire pit. The yard is encircled by 6' privacy fencing, and has gate access on either side of the home as well as at the rear of the yard near the storage shed. Built into the primary gate into the back yard is a pergola over a smaller patio, covered over with lavender vines. A short flight of stairs lead from the patio up to the rear deck of the home, which has both a wooden, uncovered deck (roughly 20' x 15') as well as a concrete, covered pad (roughly 6'x8'). Access to the deck from the house is provided by two French doors in the kitchen, and a single door in the living room.
