My neighbors are very friendly and will welcome you with open arms. Everyone keeps to themselves. The kitchen is BEAUTIFUL! It was remodeled before I bought it and has all stainless steel appliances which are covered under my home warranty, so if something breaks it will be fixed right away. All bedrooms are upstairs with one bathroom downstairs for guests. The garage can house 1 vehicle and has shelving to store stuff (I used it to keep seasonal stuff like christmas decorations, halloween etc), also has a small shed in the back yard for things like the lawn mower, weed whacker, gardening tools etc. This is a very friendly neighborhood and its pretty quiet.
